  • Greet clients and visitors to the office with warmth and professionalism. Notify employees of visitor’s arrival when necessary
  • Provide high level services to staff, clients and guests
  • Organising catering (hospitality) and assisting at events
  • Setting up meeting rooms and basic IT requests for client meetings
  • Diary management and planning, including meeting room bookings
  • Ensuring a warm and professional welcome for all clients and visitors
  • Sorting and distribution of incoming mail – scanning of all incoming documents using the in house post scanning software
  • Processing outgoing mail, including franking letters, organising couriers
  • Organising and storing the hard copy / original document post storage in line with the client procedures
  • Support with preparing documents – scanning, printing and binding
  • Ordering stationary supplies and catering
  • To be aware of the day-to-day Health and Safety requirements surrounding working area
  • To immediately raise any Health and Safety concerns to the manager
  • To participate in any on site Health and Safety audits or assessments
  • Assisting with other legal admin tasks when required
  • Support the Office Manager with any other ad-hoc requests
  • Attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and quality
  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and the ability to multi-task
