Are you passionate about events, sales, and marketing? Are you fluent in both German and English? We are a global events organization that creates and sells advertising to Blue-Chip clients over the telephone, dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences.
Research: Ability to research potential clients, Identify key board level decision makers, find telephone numbers.
Client Engagement: Initiate and nurture business relationships with major potential clients over the telephone.
Collaboration: Work closely with the project director to represent our global events.
CRM: Use company CRM to update leads and prospects daily.
Training: Receive comprehensive training and guidance to excel in your role.
Fluent in German and English.
Interest in events, advertising, sales, and marketing.
Minimum 2 ½ Hrs per day on telephone.
Working hrs vary by project. Research and maintain at least 100 active leads in company CRM.
Report to and provide Project Director a minimum of 2-3 Qualified call backs per day.
This position begins as a short trial, with the possibility of transitioning to a flexible full-time role after a successful one-month review.
We pay an excellent commission and bonus structure commensurate with experience and performance.
