Job Overview: As an IT Specialist with a focus on Social Media Marketing at Pearson Locke Law, you will play a pivotal role in managing both our our social media presence. This position requires a proficient blend of technical expertise and creative marketing skills, specifically tailored for the dynamic environment of a modern law firm. IT Responsibilities:
Social Media Marketing Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of social media marketing strategies that align with our firm’s objectives, focusing on brand visibility and client engagement.
Content Creation: Work collaboratively with the marketing team to design and produce engaging content suitable for various platforms including graphics, videos, and written posts. Ensure content is fine-tuned for maximum engagement and conversion.
Utilize analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns, track performance metrics, and derive actionable insights to guide future marketing efforts.
Paid Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms. Community Interaction: Engage with our audience by responding to queries and fostering a vibrant online community. Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of the latest developments in social media and digital marketing to ensure our approach remains innovative and competitive.
Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
Strong technical skills, with a solid understanding of network infrastructure, data security, and software troubleshooting.
Creative and strategic thinking in digital marketing, with a track record of increasing online engagement and brand awareness.
