Overview

Inspecs Group licenses, designs and distributes branded and non branded eyewear products (optical frames and sunglasses, safety eyewear and ski goggles) with a portfolio of well-recognised brands, both licensed and owned outright and strong portfolio of eyewear clients globally.

Our Award-winning Creative Team handles all branded product design, development, marketing and PR in-house at our Head Office in Bath.

Job purpose

As an E-Commerce Specialist, you'll drive our online success by managing our app and B2B website, handling updates, troubleshooting, and analyzing sales data. You'll be the main contact for Aspin (Inspecs B2B platform provider) support. Additionally, you'll oversee Shopify site maintenance, collaborate with development partners, and use analytics to enhance sales performance. Your project management, communication, and analytical skills will be crucial in optimizing our e-commerce operations.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Managing the databridge for both the app and the B2B website, including building and managing collections, templates, related product lists, and product recommendations.
  • Distributing update packages for the Pixsell app and troubleshooting issues reported by reps through proxy management.
  • Generating databridge reports to analyze sales trends, user behaviour, and performance metrics.
  • Providing regular sales performance updates to the business and serving as the main point of contact for Aspin-related inquiries.
  • Collaborating with Aspin support to raise and follow up on service tickets, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Gathering feedback from internal teams and users to identify potential system improvements and presenting these findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Keeping the sales team informed of app updates and changes, facilitating training sessions as needed.
  • Maintaining important documents such as customer forms and returns forms.
  • Conducting daily testing of both the app and B2B platforms to identify and address any errors or issues.
  • Support with Websites refresh and Google analytics (Inspecs eyewear/group - Botaniq – SRT)
  • Ad hoc marketing support for other projects
  • REGEN:
  • Shopify site updates and maintenance, including 3rd party app providers.
  • Managing relationships with site development partners to coordinate efforts efficiently.
  • Anaylise reports from Google Analytics, Shopify, Yotpo and other dashboards to suggest recommendations to improve efficiency and maximise sales efforts.

Key Competencies/Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in website/E-commerce operations or a similar role.
  • Experience with Saas would be desirable.
  • Can demonstrate strong project management, communication and analytical skills, and a solid understanding of marketing technology platform.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Working location

  • Based in the Bath office, will need to be in the office 4 days a week.
