Senior Analyst / Associate - Industrials Investment Banking team

Performing in-depth fundamental quantitative and qualitative company, market and sector analysis
• Performing financial valuation, discounted cash flow and multiples-based analyses
• Building and interrogating complex operating and financial valuation models in Excel
• Compiling and managing databases
• Participating in the execution of M&A and capital market transactions, and project management across multiple demanding and time critical initiatives
• Preparing sector market updates and manage internal databases
• Liaising with other Jefferies team on projects and pitches as needed

University degree, Masters or foreign equivalent and relevant experience providing complex analytical support Prior relevant experience (M&A and/or capital markets transactional deal experience) as an analyst and / or an associate Strong numerical and financial modelling skills
• Solid understanding of business and corporate finance principles
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
