Senior Office/Facilities Manager, 100% office-based

An amazing opportunity for a Senior Office/Facilities Manager to work as part of a small team for a well-known retail chain, based at their headquarters in the West End. The role is responsible for the effective running of the office. 

Responsibilities include providing a warm front of house welcome to employees and visitors whilst managing a busy reception area, all meeting rooms and room bookings along with managing new starters, couriers, post etc. You will ensure compliance with Environmental, Food Safety, Fire and Health & Safety regulations as well as overseeing building projects and building security. You will get involved in coordinating, hosting and supporting of international meetings, summits and events along with organising office tours and cultural events to bring office teams together on a regular basis. You will work in conjunction with the Office Manager to open and close the building, Monday to Friday and work weekends as required by the CEO. You will have experience negotiating and managing service contracts within budget. 

They’re looking for someone who will be an ambassador for the company with a bit of flair who will embrace and champion the company culture. You will be a natural leader who gets things done, is not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.

In order to be considered for this role, you will need solid experience working in a senior facilities/office management position, ideally gained within a front of house/hotel or office building environment. You will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, have a genuine passion for customer service and thrive being part of a team and able to spin many plates A good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite is required.
