SENDCo (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator) - Milton Keynes Primary School

We are looking for an experienced and passionate SENDCo to join our dedicated team at a primary school in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to lead the provision of SEND support across the school, ensuring that every pupil has the opportunity to thrive and succeed.

Part-time/full-time position (flexible for the right candidate)
Develop and oversee the implementation of individual support plans (EHCPs) for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities
Work closely with teaching staff to ensure high-quality differentiated teaching for pupils with SEND
Liaise with parents, carers, external agencies, and the local authority to support pupils' needs
Monitor and evaluate the progress and outcomes of SEND pupils, ensuring appropriate interventions are in placeThe Ideal Candidate Will:

Be an experienced teacher with a passion for supporting pupils with SEND
Have a thorough understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and the EHCP process
Demonstrate a commitment to inclusive education and have experience working with a range of special needs
A supportive and inclusive school environment with a focus on well-being
