Position Title: Outbound Sales Representative Reporting to: Sales Office Manager Location: Luton, Head Office We are currently looking for a dynamic and proactive Outbound Sales Representative for our clients based in Luton. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our company through effective sales strategies and customer engagement. Responsibilities: Proactively reach out to existing customers to enhance sales opportunities and introduce them to our latest products and offerings. Conduct outbound calls to attract and acquire new customers while fostering new relationships. Cultivate strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences effectively. Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding products, procedures, and pricing. Skilfully negotiate with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Utilize CRM tools to input and manage customer data efficiently. Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and surpass expectations. Demonstrate commitment by exceeding sales targets and fulfilling business requirements consistently. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in telesales or similar sales/customer-focused roles. Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas, preferably through telephone sales. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to quickly grasp knowledge about new products and services. Ability to maintain composure and resilience in the face of rejection or obstacles. Ideally, previous experience in B2B wholesale or e-commerce environments. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Proactive and solution-oriented approach to tasks. Self-motivated individual with a drive for continuous improvement and development. Capability to take ownership of daily tasks and responsibilities effectively.
