Key Responsibilities:
As an Operations Administrator, reporting to the Scheduling & Planning Manager, you will perform various administrative tasks across the business, including:
Projects Team
- Inputting orders via various systems.
- Updating system folder trackers.
- Document control and aftersales administrative support (timesheets, client purchase order tracking, updating hours and expenses).
Manufacturing Team
- Printing and scanning worksheets.
Procurement Team
- Inputting hours and processing purchase orders
- Losing shop floor orders and processing invoices
- Updating production sheets.
Test and Termination Team
- Data entry for Test & Termination schedules.
Skills & Experience:
Required:
- Previous work experience in an office environment or a school leaver looking to start their career.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills and competent user of Microsoft Office.
Preferred:
- Experience within a manufacturing environment is a plus.
