Responsibilities:

* Hands on role, conducting glass & plastic audits, pest control, H&S audits, Internal audits

* Walk around site checks to ensure compliance with hygiene standards, logging any issues

* Finished product checks, machinery checks and maintaining all relevant documentation for the general manager.

* Work alongside technical manager, supporting and overseeing all technical matters. Handling internal auditing, traceability, maintain company policies and procedures.

The Candidate:

* Experienced quality candidate with a background in a food manufacturing environment, knowledge of BRC standards and HACCP.

* Positive and hard-working attitude, keen to grow and develop your career.

* Be familiar with in factory processes, strong attention to detail and maintaining high standards
