Specialist Housing Coordinator

We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Surrey , who are recruiting for a Specialist Housing Manager on a three month temporary basis.
This is a full-time position with hybrid working (3 days home working per week) and the hourly rate is negotiable dependent on experience.
The ideal candidate will have a leasehold or housing management background and will have used the NEC (Northgate) system.
Developing a comprehensive understanding of leases and service level agreements and providing support and assistance to staff and internal departments as required
Understanding and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)
Empowering and motivating the staff to consistently meet and exceed performance targets
Managing and building relationships with stakeholders to promote the service and its activities
Experience required in Social Housing
Leasehold or housing management
Hybrid working
Flexible working days
Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
