Fiona Fleur is looking for a full-time Senior Event Manager, a position suitable for a confident, creative & dynamic individual with the opportunity to work on forward thinking concepts & events.

Job Description:

Fiona Fleur is a floral studio specialising in unique & bespoke floral design, offering a fresh and youthful perspective on floral design for events. We are looking for an experienced Senior Events Manager to join our small team. This role will work to create & deliver bespoke floral concepts across the events & wedding sector – working in a variety of venues such as luxury hotels, museums, theatres and more. This is a senior position based in our Battersea, London Studio and is a full-time opportunity.

%CF;\tCreative, a strong eye for contemporary design with a bespoke approach

%CF;\tConfident & strong managerial skills to work alongside the founder and independently guide a team of florists

%CF;\tCalm, considerate & empathetic – a firm yet kind management style

%CF;\tAble to consistently deliver an excellent standard of customer service for clients

%CF;\tAble to manage logistics, planning & operational delivery of events in a venue environment

%CF;\tHave excellent communication, timekeeping, organisational skills and attention to detail

%CF;\tAble to work independently and enjoy working in the studio, on site and at home

%CF;\tAble to work well in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines, manage multiple clients and meet targets

%CF;\tKnowledge of flowers is useful but not essential

%CF;\tHappy to be involved in all areas and working in a small business

%CF;\tHave minimum 5 years’ experience in events and within the luxury sector with excellent references

The role will include, but is not limited to:

%CF;\tEvent production: a 360 approach from designing the creative, creating a proposal, site visits, leading the team and through to on site execution

%CF;\tClient management, ensuring smooth event running and building & maintaining strong relations

%CF;\tCreative design, must be able to imagine creative concepts with a unique and bespoke approach

%CF;\tAssisting the founder with the running of the business; business development, logistics, photoshoot coordination, managing staff, recruitment, invoicing etc.

%CF;\tWork across weekends & evenings can be required

%CF;\tThe role is based in Battersea with the option of regular home working, subject to operational requirements
