Helping to manage the day to day operation of therestaurant barnEnsuring that all company standards are adhered tonMenudevelopment in collaboration with the Head of Wine and Head ofBarsnTaking every step to enhance guest experiencesnTraining,development and supervision of bar team membersnEffectively handlingguest queries, complaints and feedbacknAn integral part of the widermanagement teamnSupporting recruitment, induction and appraisals ofnew employees

Expertise in European wines, a keeninterest in Orange and Natural wines, and proficiency in classiccocktails

A true understanding of quality service and a closeeye for detailnActively engage with guests and develop a database ofwine enthusiasts.nSupervise all wine-related activities andevents.nThe ability to motivate and encourage a team and work incollaboration with all departments is critical.nThe desire to strivefor excellence and inspire othersnTo embody the highest standards ofhospitality and service deliverynA good level of financial awareness,cost control and payrollnA good level of knowledge in Health & FoodSafetynApplicants will need to be able to commit to being availablefor all days and all shifts on the rotanStrong verbal and writtencommunication skills are essentialnExperience of working in a seniorbar management role within a similar quality restaurantenvironmentnExpected earnings from £18.62 per hournThe WolseleyHospitality Group portfolio ofrestaurants
