Having initially delivered enhanced and critical care to a range of events, the organisation now oversees the medical cover to a range of large-scale events each year, whilst also operating 24/7 frontline ambulance and clinical services and providing medical education at all levels. Your new company will require you to use your advanced driving skills to respond to medical emergencies. Safely transfer patients to and from ambulances, using specialist equipment and manual handling skills. Work alongside other clinicians responding to a range of ambulance activities.
Carry out equipment checks of ambulances to ensure they are safe for operational use. Carry out all duties, working within the defined scope of practice and adhering to protocols, policies, SOP’s and clinical guidelines, seeking appropriate clinical advice and/or support as required.
Valid UK Driving License
Flexible availability including evenings, nights and weekends.
Competitive Rates between £27-£38 hourly
