Job Title: Team Leader / Senior Residential Support Worker / Shift Lead
Service: Children’s Residential Care Home
Service Users: YP with various needs; Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care is desirable
The Home: A beautiful Rural, 3 Bedroom Detached property
Excellent opportunity for an experienced, qualified candidate to join the team in one of our client's children's residential homes. Our client is a rapidly expanding organisation currently offering a very competitive salary plus benefits, including a quality bespoke training package and generous remuneration for sleep-in shifts.
They specialise in supporting Children and Young People who have suffered early life trauma, neglect, or abuse and may display challenging behaviours.

~28 days annual leave entitlement, rising to 33 days with 5 years of service

Ensuring shifts are planned with Residential Support Workers
To ensure that all risks are safely managed in line with the company policies and procedures
To review the young people's care plans and other associated documentation
Children's Homes Regulations 2015 (including quality standards)
Must have a full manual driving licence
Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent
Be willing to participate in further continuing professional development to support the needs of our young people
To have a clear passion and desire to support children and young people
