As the Creative Director at Nothing, you will be responsible for leading the creative vision, direction and innovation across all aspects of our brand, products, and marketing initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, develop, and execute compelling creative strategies that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement. Define and drive the overall creative direction for Nothing Technology, ensuring alignment with brand values, objectives, and target audience.
Lead and mentor our talented team of inhouse designers, copywriters, and creatives, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Manage external agencies and vendors, as needed, to augment creative capabilities and ensure delivery of high-quality assets on time and within budget.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and coherence across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with product development teams to integrate design thinking into the product development lifecycle, ensuring user-centric experiences.
Oversee the creation of multimedia content, including videos, animations, graphics, and other visual assets, for marketing campaigns and product launches.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies (Ai) , and creative best practices, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop compelling storytelling narratives that effectively communicate brand value proposition and drive customer engagement.
Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, communications, or a related field. Proven track record of success in a creative leadership role, preferably within the technology or consumer electronics industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects across multiple platforms, demonstrating proficiency in visual design, storytelling, and brand development.
Expertise in design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
Deep understanding of user experience (UX) principles and methodologies, with a passion for creating intuitive, user-centric designs.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
