We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Regional Sales Manager based in Somerset to join us.

We pride ourselves on manufacturing luxury, quality park homes & lodges, and are looking for a Regional Sales Manager who is just as passionate about sales as we are our homes.

It will be your job to build relationships, follow up on leads, and convert these into proud owners of a new Tingdene home.

Responsibilities of the Regional Sales Manager

  • Visit parks to promote an increase in sales leads of residential and holiday homes for developments.
  • Maintain good relationships with suppliers, distributors, and brokers.
  • Develop the B2B sales role which means going out to canvas clients and build a lasting relationship which can delivers results.
  • Liaise with customer base to evaluate requirements to identify and develop sales opportunities and follow through the process.
  • Perform market research and collect customer feedback to improve service delivery to support customer service.
  • Evaluate competitor performances, compiling sales reports and submitting them to senior management.
  • Work with the management team to implement the strategic sales plan to promote the company’s products and services.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, establish sales goals and communicate these to the marketing and sales teams.
  • Collaborate with senior management and directors to identify customer needs and improve results.
  • Establish best practices and enforce compliance with industry regulations.
  • Achieve all given daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Generate firm interest leads.
  • Self-quality-control check of all parks, contacts, and current requirements from each visit.
  • Communicate potential problems prior to any issues arising.
  • Continually develop knowledge of products, home specifications, and service levels.
  • Co-ordinate queries between departments.

Additional Information

Core hours of work: Monday - Friday. Weekend flexibility needed to attend parks & tradeshows when required.
