Our client is a leading market leader in Bioreactor technology, and they are currently looking for a Sales Director to join their team. Strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing all commercial operations and driving the growth of the business aligned to Board expectations.

* Effectively manage the Sales team, promoting a culture of collaboration and service excellence.

* Provide market insights to guide strategic commercial decisions.

Deliver and capitalise on sales opportunities.

* Help deliver new marketing initiatives and other campaigns.

* Encourage personal development and help others to succeed.

* Inspire a high-performing sales team, through the setting of clear targets in collaboration with the CEO.

* Provide visionary leadership and mentorship to the sales team, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation and client-centricity.

* Experience of sales growth and building a sales pipeline in a similar industry

* Managing a sales team and responsible for team performance

* Ability to maximise sales opportunities with existing customers and extend customer base to new clients and market sectors
