A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an IT Trainer/Legal IT Trainer/IT Technology Trainer to join our London based global law firm on a permanent basis. IT Trainer/Legal IT Trainer/IT Technology Trainer Responsibilities and Duties: • Provide face to face and virtual classroom and one-on-one training, floor walking, labs and personal consulting sessions. • Independently develop learning courseware and end user documentation, consistently resolving issues or queries to ensure courseware is in a final state. • Develop eLearning modules as required for projects and business as usual learning to supplement and/or replace IT training classes. • Independently ensure learning courseware and end user documentation is regularly reviewed and updated for continued accuracy. • Ensure all learning function administrative processes are adhered to and completed in a timely manner. • Ensure preventative maintenance routines on training pc's are followed to ensure images are appropriately prepared for training delivery. • Participate in a positive proactive working relationship between the IT Learning & Development team, other IT departmental teams and our customers. IT Trainer/Legal IT Trainer/IT Technology Trainer Knowledge, Sills and Experience:
- Experience of training delivery/development in a similar role at a similar level
- Proficient in development of eLearning modules with Articulate or Captivate.
- Legal training experience a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016 in addition to other relevant legal
- Proficiency using virtual meeting platforms (Webex, Teams and Zoom)
- Knowledge of Windows 10.
- Knowledge of mobile devices (iPhone, Android).
- Knowledge of telephone and voicemail systems, preferably Cisco.
- ATD, TAP or TPMA training qualification or equivalent preferred
