The Company:

My client aims to create the next-generation Customer Success and Intelligence platform tailored for B2B tech firms. Within just a year of recruiting their initial developer, they've successfully crafted a top-tier product, enabling them to secure partnerships with leading industry players and attract investments from prominent European backers.

They are currently seeking an experienced Account Executive to join their dynamic team and collaborate closely with their existing members and visionary founders as they embark on the exciting journey towards their next round of funding


The Role:

In this role, you'll be responsible for engaging with Customer Success, Account Management, and Revenue leaders within B2B tech companies, overseeing the entirety of the sales process.
Your duties will encompass identifying potential opportunities, crafting effective prospecting approaches, uncovering valuable insights during discovery sessions, providing accurate outcome projections, conducting demonstrations, and ultimately securing successful deals.

  • Achieve and surpass Net New Annual Revenue targets to fuel revenue growth
  • Efficiently qualify, convert, and oversee pipeline coverage
  • Ensure precise forecasting and activity monitoring within CRM records
  • Identify and pursue new logo opportunities to fulfil quarterly quotas
  • Collaborate with Customer Success team to strategically expand revenue within key accounts
  • Advocate the platform and product offerings to prospective clients through product demonstrations, participation in tradeshows, and engagement in market events alongside the broader team.
Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required, with a minimum of 3 years of business experience in the SaaS industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Demonstrated experience in solution selling within complex cloud infrastructure or platforms
  • Prior background as a Business Development Representative or Sales Development Representative is essential
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas
  • Sales approach characterized by consultative and solutions-oriented methodologies
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Exceptional proficiency in written communication
  • Strong capabilities in research, negotiation, and presentation
  • Previous involvement as an early employee in a Seed or Series A stage company is a desirable asset
  • Fluency in English is required
