Benefits and Package for a Customer Service Advisor: Salary: £21,000 per annum Hours: Monday - Thursday, shifts between 8.30am - 7.30pm, Friday 9am - 6pm and 1 in 3 Saturday's, 9am - 5pm Contract Type: Permanent Location: Aztec West, Bradley Stoke 45 days annual leave (including bank holidays) Access to health and wellbeing support Free onsite parking Contributory Pension Scheme Comprehensive induction training providedKey Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor: Making warm outbound calls to customers regarding their insurance Providing great customer service to all customers Promoting additional products available and upselling where possible Taking ownership of all general queries and resolving these to achieve customer satisfaction Providing accurate quotes and costsKey Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor: Previous experience within a customer-facing environment is advantageous Previous sales experience is desirable Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively is required Good computer literacy is essential Capable of meeting performance targets whilst working within a fast-paced environmentIf you are a confident individual who would thrive in a customer service environment, please apply now Red Recruitment (Agency)
