We provide consulting, learning, and networking solutions to help senior HR executives, and their teams, deliver business value -- by helping them create a data-driven HR culture. We interact directly with chief people officers and their key staff in analytics, strategy, workforce planning, and digital transformation. Our products combine professional services and subject-matter expertise with SaaS-based subscription and learning services.

Our clients are typically Fortune 500 companies headquartered in major economies globally, especially Europe and North America. They represent some of the world’s leading brands. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting directly with our senior clients, helping solve strategic challenges, and helping accelerate the impact of their People Analytics functions.

Developing and delivering learning content,
as well as with the Client Directors in helping identify and solve client challenges.

Serve as an expert resource helping our clients solve strategic challenges and accelerating the impact of their People Analytics functions.
Develop and deliver proposals for consulting and learning services, including helping to evaluate the required effort to deliver specific components.
Leverage your expertise in people analytics to help develop additional learning content, including content hosted on community and learning platforms.
Be a strategic partner and advisor to existing clients, coach them on how to navigate and enable transformation within their companies.
Play an active role in helping to design, deliver, and execute research studies and resulting publications.
Provide advisory support to Program clients in specific areas where they need help, e.g., operating model, prioritisation, data governance and ethics.
Update and share client intelligence with colleagues by using our client management system, HubSpot.

A passion for helping clients apply People Analytics to create a data driven HR culture
Commercial acumen and ability to assess stakeholder needs, collaborate, and deliver practical solutions that drive results
Proven ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines and documenting progress towards those deadlines
Highly proficient in MS product suite, in particular PowerPoint and Excel

Insight222 is headquartered in London in a shared office environment. We have a wholly owned subsidiary in the USA with employees working remotely and on client site when needed. Insight222 has a small office in Virginia.

This role will include some travel to client locations and meeting sites across EMEA and the USA.
