Office location: Leading a portfolio of large/medium clients with both Trust and contract-based DC schemes and wider savings products.
Providing advice on scheme design, investment, communications, retirement support, provider selection, governance and Auto-Enrolment compliance.
Supporting, training and where appropriate managing/mentoring other colleagues.
This is a Certification Regime role under the Financial Conduct Authority’s (FCA’s) Senior Manager and Certification Regime and will be subject to the FCA’s Conduct Rules.
Proactive, inquisitive and organised with excellent project management and relationship management skills and a growth mindset in terms of self-development.
Willing to ‘muck in’ to help us exceed our client and colleague expectations.
Able to set and work efficiently within budgets without jeopardising quality of work.
Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel would be advantageous but not essential.
