What is the job about? As Brand Manager, you will take ownership of the ClearVUE brand globally; leading strategy, creative direction, and storytelling to position ClearVUE as a global leader in sustainability and energy technology. As part of the wider Global Procurement Group Leadership Team, you will also contribute to group-level brand and communications projects. What exactly will you do? Define and lead ClearVUE's global brand strategy, positioning, and tone of voice in alignment with the group's sustainability and innovation vision Shape and evolve the brand architecture and identity to support expansion across new products, sectors, and markets Govern brand standards through the ClearVUE Brand Playbook, ensuring consistency and excellence across all channels Oversee the delivery of integrated, high-impact campaigns spanning digital, content, PR, and event Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing Operations to align brand strategy with commercial priorities and market opportunities Advise and support the Global Procurement Group Leadership Team on cross-brand and strategic communications initiatives. Champion corporate storytelling, award submissions, and campaigns that celebrate innovation, culture, and leadership success Provide strategic brand and creative direction for group-level communications, ESG narratives, and executive visibility Act as a brand steward across the GPG portfolio, ensuring alignment and shared equity. Lead thought leadership initiatives that elevate ClearVUE's and GPG's reputation as industry leader Cultivate partnerships with media, influencers, and sustainability advocates to enhance reach and credibility Drive the creation of customer advocacy programs, success stories, and case studies that demonstrate impact and value. Monitor and interpret brand performance and market insights to inform continuous improvement Balance short-term commercial impact with the long-term growth of brand equity and reputation What we're looking for 5+ years' experience in brand management or strategic marketing, ideally in technology, SaaS, or sustainability sectors Proven success developing and executing global brand strategies that align with commercial objectives Experience in fast-growing SME or scale-up environments Strong understanding of brand architecture, storytelling, and content strategy Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret insights and demonstrate ROI Demonstrated success in evolving brand structure and identity across multiple products, markets, or regions Experience building and maintaining brand playbooks, guidelines, and assets to ensure global consistency Proven success collaborating with Product, Sales, Marketing Operations, and Leadership teams to align brand and commercial strategies Experience using analytics, brand tracking, and market research to measure brand performance Proven ability to translate insights into actionable strategic recommendations ClearVUE is an equal opportunities employer.
