Temporary Events Coordinator

Temporary event support - administrative role for 5 months to start mid-May - £14.50 per hour

Fantastic opportunity for a candidate who is available for this temporary role starting in the next few weeks (in May) and running until early October.

  • You will provide key administrative support and coordination to a small, busy team who are running a number of events this summer.
  • This role would suit a candidate who has 12+ months’ hospitality / events or office experience, good IT skills and a flexible, problem-solving nature.
  • You will be liaising with stakeholders, community partners and volunteers.
  • Role will focus on administration and coordination as well as some / lesser hands-on event support.
  • Strong organisation and communication skills are key as this will be a busy and involved role – but also one in which you should have a lot of fun

This is broadly and office-based role working Monday – Friday (35 hours per week) but there will also be the requirement to work a few Saturdays across the summer season on the event days.

Based in SE London – close to Greenwich / Blackheath / Woolwich / Charlton – office based daily with no option to WFH.

£14.50 per hour plus holiday pay, this is a temporary role for c. 5 months, paid weekly.
