What you can expect:

•Salary: up to £32k, negotiable depending on experience

•8:30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday

What you will be doing:

•Label and packaging changes control against commercial and customer communications

•Review suppliers’ due diligence for packaging to correct information

•Update quality service levels and complaints data as part of internal KPI reporting

•Review compliance results against regulations highlighting any non-conformances

•Liaise with quality assurance and production teams

•Support with monitoring systems, ensuring products packed and dispatched to meet customer specifications and legal requirements

•Improvement of Quality Management Systems

•Process control auditing and assist with sampling, as required

There may be additional duties required

What we are looking for:

•A competent, data orientated administrator with an eye for detail

•Computer literate, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel of specifically

•Prior due diligence and compliance experience is essential, within Agricultural/Food industry

•Prioritisation skills, able to work on your own initiative taking full ownership for your work

•Organised with great communication skills

•Full clean driving licence and be prepared to travel within the UK, on occasion

Location: Rural Hereford
