Job Description

Thrive Group are delighted to working with our market leading client near Trowbridge who are looking to recruit an experienced Product Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.

What you will be doing:

Inputting orders onto the system
Assisting with deliveries including supplier liaison, organising and managing often complex delivery schedules (including export)
Ensuring product information is maintained (price lists, product codes etc)
Organising product samples for clients
Liaison with a range of suppliers and internal departments
Dealing with complaints and project work as and when requiredWhat you will need to succeed:

Strong administration experience, ideally gained from an FMCG/logistics environment
Supply chain/delivery/export experience extremely beneficial
A confident communicator, adept at working under pressure where deadlines change on a regular basis
Good levels and numeracy and problem solving skills
IT / data entry proficiency including Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
Excellent communication skills over the phone as well as via email What you will receive in return:
