 STOCK AND FULFILMENT ASSISTANT

 

ORDER FULFILMENT 

·

  • Pick, pack and dispatch all Ecommerce and overseas orders within the given timeframe, in line with packaging and brand guidelines. 
  • Generate shipment paperwork to ensure the timely delivery of all shipments
  • Liaise with courier companies to mitigate potential delays or service interruptions. 
  • Administer returns and refunds in coordination with relevant stake holders ensuring stock is reflected correctly.
  • Administer custom’s paperwork to ensure relevant processes and procedures are adhered to.

 

STOCK CONTROL  

  • Update and maintain accurate retail inventory records across the business stock locations and ensure that all stock movements are administered as per business procedures. 
  • Ensure that all retail streams are reflecting the merch plan and stock availability.
  • Administer stock transfers ensuring that movements are tracked end-to-end.
  • Work with key stakeholders to reconcile stock movements and ensure that stock is transferred from internal locations in line with shipment deadlines, following delivery and administrative procedures.
  • Coordinate stock takes and report to key stakeholders on discrepancies and errors.
  • Maintain stock room standards
  • Perform regular packaging checks to report to the store Manager to ensure stock levels are maintained.
  • First point of contact for head office deliveries ensuring shipments are recorded and administrated within company guidelines
  • Ensure product ticketing is correct and reflects most relevant information
  • Check and book in deliveries ensuring that inventory data is correct and discrepancies are reported and rectified in coordination with relevant stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal teams to oversee necessary items are sent for dry-cleaning or exited from stock according to company standards

 

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Stock control experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly organised and a systematic thinker
  • Experience with logistics and shipping
  • Attention to detail and aesthetics
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Experience with Shopify a benefit
