The Opportunity

This a part-time position (24hours - 3 days) and working hours are 9am – 5.30pm (with an hour lunch). You will be based at our Head Office - Unit 5, Ashbrook Office Park, Longstone Road (Off Styal Road), Manchester, M22 5LB.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Answering incoming calls for several practices from Head Office for existing and new private patients
  • Taking payments over the phone
  • Outgoing calls to book patients in for their routine dental appointments
  • Responding to our website forms via email
  • Sending out marketing text/emails to patients
  • Tracking the online google reviews

Full training will be provided. The successful candidate will be required to attend a dental practice and work on reception as part of the induction process (travel expenses and time will be paid).

Key Requirements include the following:

  • Previous experience in a customer service, administration or healthcare-related role is desirable but not essential
  • A friendly, approachable, and empathetic manner, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
  • A high level of written and spoken English
  • To be computer literate with accurate data inputting skills
