Seit Oatly im März 2018 im deutschen Lebensmitteleinzelhandel gestartet ist, werden wir von der Nachfrage überrannt. Hafer hat innerhalb weniger Monate Soja als Nr. 1 Kategorie abgelöst und unsere Barista Edition ist der mit Abstand erfolgreichste Markenartikel unter den Milchalternativen und ist aus keinem Spezialitäten-Café mehr wegzudenken.

Aus unserer Berliner Haferzentrale heraus steuern wir alle Aktivitäten für das DACH Gebiet. Mit unserem großartigen Team verfolgen wir – die Pionier*innender Post Milk Generation - die Mission, Menschen zu einer bewussteren, pflanzenbetonten Ernährung zu bewegen, ohne dabei Spaß oder guten Geschmack einbüßen zu müssen.

DEIN AUFGABENBEREICH

  • Du sorgst dafür, dass die Kund*innen uns im Markt nicht übersehen können
  • Zweitplatzierungen, Werbematerial, Regalplatzierung - Du hast die Gestaltung unseres Markenauftritts im Supermarkt fest im Griff
  • Du besuchst regelmäßig die Märkte in Deiner Region und bist im engen Austausch mit den Ansprechpartner*innen vor Ort
  • Sollte es einmal nicht alle unsere Produkte im Markt geben, sorgst Du dafür, dass sich das ändert
  • Nach dem Besuch ist vor dem Besuch – Du hältst Deine Erfolge und Aufgaben in unserem CRM-Tool nach


DEIN PROFIL

  • Du liebst es zu reden und mit Deiner sympathischen Art überzeugst Du alle Gesprächspartner*innen, ja man könnte sogar behaupten, Du quatschst alle an die Wand
  • Auf Menschen zugehen ist gar kein Problem für Dich, egal ob schlecht gelaunter Montagmorgen Mensch oder Happy People
  • Idealerweise kennst Du bereits den LEH mit all seinen Höhen und Tiefen – wenn nicht, macht das aber auch gar nichts
  • Du organisierst und strukturierst Deinen Tag, Deine Woche, Dein Jahr – kurz, Du verlierst nie den Überblick
  • Das Sahnehäubchen wäre, wenn Du den Umgang mit Programmen wie z.B. dem Office-Paket und einem CRM Tool gewöhnt bist
  • Du wohnst zentral in oder bei Berlin und hast einen Führerschein der Klasse B

Was wir an dieser Stelle unbedingt noch loswerden wollen: Das Auto für Deine Rundfahrten kommt natürlich von uns und darf auch privat genutzt werden. Und wenn Du mal etwas länger unterwegs bist, sorgen wir dafür, dass Du ein gemütliches Hotelbett bekommst.
