Join us at Karo Healthcare on our exciting journey. We're currently looking for a Content Marketing Manager for the brand Nutravita in our office in Maidenhead.
Are you enthusiastic about creating content that promotes healthier living? Our Content Marketing Manager position offers just that You'll have the freedom to come up with strategic decisions and get creative, shaping how our brand communicates. Develop and Implement Content Marketing Strategies:

Create and execute content marketing strategy in line with the brand’s goals and values
Identify & understand specific target audiences, tailoring content to meet their needs and preferences
Content Creation:

Conceptualize and produce engaging high-quality content across multiple digital marketing channels, including social media, email, website, and more
Craft short and concise on-brand and commercial copy that captivates our audience
Work closely with the inhouse nutritionist & creative team to brief and co-produce content materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objective
Manage UGC for the brand, including sourcing creators, scripting and briefing, reviewing content, tracking performance & gather learnings and insights
Brand Management:

Ensure consistent and appealing brand messaging across all communication channels
Monitor and manage the brand's online presence to maintain its reputation
Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to understand trends and competitor activities
Analyze content performance to evaluate campaign effectiveness in close collaboration with inhouse performance marketing team
Room for Further Development and Involvement within Innovation & Brand Management:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in digital marketing, communication or relevant field
Native English speaker
At least 4-5 years of experience from digital marketing/content marketing
Proficiency in copywriting and creation of various types of content, including written, visual, and multimedia formats
Profound experience from working with social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest etc.
Basic knowledge in tools and platforms for measuring content performance, such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and SEO tools
Proficiency in analyzing digital KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates, engagement metrics, and social media insights to measure content performance and optimize strategies
Experience with email marketing automation platforms such as Klaivio for creating and managing email marketing campaigns
Positive attitude towards ambiguity and agile working environment
Capacity to identify challenges and find creative solutions to overcome them in content creation and strategy implementation
Ability to think outside the box and generate innovative content ideas that resonate with the target audience
