Responsibilities
  • The Creative Content Manager will lead the development of comprehensive content for the Skin health brands across various digital platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, and email marketing. They will also be responsible for product packaging copywriting and ensuring content consistency across markets.
  • Generating innovative content ideas and campaigns while considering SEO and data analytics.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to maintain a unified brand identity throughout all creative outputs.
  • Producing high-quality and engaging content consistently to inspire team members and enhance the online presence of the Skin Squad and Karo as a whole.
  • Coordinating with local market teams to distribute content effectively across different channels for a robust web presence.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a BSc degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital content and content marketing, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Proficiency in translating concepts into visual assets, email marketing, SEO copywriting for various digital platforms, and familiarity with eCommerce campaigns and performance metrics.
  • Thorough understanding and practical use of tools like Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering content to diverse markets, particularly in the Nordics, Germany, and the UK.
  • Native English speaker with additional language skills considered a bonus.
  • A genuine passion for skincare and cosmetics.
