will include leading the execution of the hotel's maintenance program to address the needs of a mature property, optimizing utilities and operations to enhance efficiency and guest experience, acting as the Health and Safety representative to ensure compliance with safety standards, overseeing refurbishment projects and daily maintenance tasks within budget, and supervising, training, and developing maintenance team members. We are seeking a team player with strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate should demonstrate

proficiency in hotel maintenance , IT systems, and

OPERA

software. Familiarity with

plant maintenance and Saeker

is also preferred. Candidates must have a

minimum of 1 year of experience as a Maintenance Manager
