Position Overview:

As the Deputy Hospital Director, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, leveraging your extensive experience as a Registered Nurse from both the NHS and private sector. Your background in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism will be instrumental as you lead, manage, and inspire both clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver high-quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a diverse team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Utilize your expertise to influence and enhance both clinical and non-clinical processes, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in managing and coordinating services for individuals with learning disabilities and autism, adhering to best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at continuous improvement and excellence in patient care.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting professional development and growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Registered Nurse within the NHS and/or private sector.
  • Demonstrated background in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Commitment to upholding high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
