About the Company: Our client, a rapidly expanding dental group committed to delivering exceptional service and care to its patients, is currently recruiting for a highly experienced Telesales Executive to join their team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and are driven to achieve results.
Hands-On Management: The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of telesales operations before building and leading a high-performing team. Target Achievement: The Telesales Executive will consistently meet and exceed sales targets, inspiring the team through exemplary performance and leadership.
# Team Building: They will be responsible for establishing and nurturing a dedicated telesales team, and developing a comprehensive training program for new recruits to ensure their success.
# Long-Term Vision: The candidate will exhibit a commitment to long-term growth by developing the brand and expanding to additional sites. Previous experience in medical telesales is essential, with a minimum of 5 years in telesales, demonstrating determination, commitment, and the ability to generate bookings from provided leads.
# Proven track record in telesales, with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets. Previous experience in medical sales is preferred.
