We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, innovative and enthusiastic Lead for Wellbeing and Engagement to join our Senior Management Team at Towerview Care Group.

Applications are welcomed from mental health nurses, psychologists, occupational therapists and social workers with experience in senior roles and proven track record of change management and leading on Wellbeing and Engagement of residents in a social care environment

By joining an Integrated Multidisciplinary Team, you will be leading on, and delivering, high quality meaningful and purposeful activity for all residents resulting in quality-of-life outcomes for mental and physical wellbeing. You will be responsible for managing and leading a team of well-being co-ordinators across our care homes including training and upskilling them.

Knowledge of or understanding of the OOMPH will be an advantage as is IT skills to ensure the maintenance of dashboards and reporting on Key Performance Indicators

You will ensure that people living with mental health conditions, dementia, and physical health enjoy the same opportunities for engagement and activity as other residents including community integration.

This is a corporate role supporting 6 care homes so therefore a flexible approach to working and travel is required.
