Health Care Technology Trainer
* 40 hours per week

We've partnered up with one of Europe's leading companies that specialise in automated closed-loop medication and medical device traceability solutions.

In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth transition of hospitals to their innovative Automatic Ward Cabinet system by delivering first-class training.

*You will train pharmacy, nursing, and medical staff on operating their state-of-the-art system, empowering them to efficiently manage medications and medical devices.
* Provide first-line support, including installation, configuration, and basic maintenance of hardware and software.
* Collaborate with a well-structured team of Engineers, IT, and Healthcare professionals to maintain their robust computerised unit dose drug system.
* Identify training needs within hospital staff members and support knowledge
* Keep training materials up-to-date and engaging for different learning styles.
* Participate in on-call rotas or shift work during implementation phases, offering real-time support and troubleshooting assistance.
* A minimum of 2 year of experience in a customer service or training role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse healthcare professionals.
* The ability to confidently deliver training materials

10 hour shift
