We are seeking a skilled and experienced Metallic CMM Programmer proficient in PC-DMIS software to join a leading Motorsport Quality Assurance team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in metrology and quality control within the metallic, machine shop or manufacturing industry.

Develop, test, and implement CMM programs using PC-DMIS software to measure metallic components.
Operate CMM equipment to perform inspections and verifications of metallic parts and assemblies.
Interpret and understand technical drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and CAD models to create accurate CMM programs.
Quality Assurance and Inspection:

Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspections to ensure components meet specified tolerances and quality standards.
Analyse measurement data and provide detailed reports on findings, including identifying any deviations or non-conformities.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Perform routine maintenance and calibration of CMM equipment to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance measurement processes and quality control systems.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in CMM technology and PC-DMIS software.

HNC or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Certification in metrology or quality control is a plus.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CMM programming and operation, specifically using PC-DMIS software.
Proficiency in PC-DMIS software and CMM programming.
Strong understanding of GD&T and ability to interpret complex technical drawings and CAD models.
