We are delighted to be partnering with a small financial services company who are seeking a CRM Campaign and Email Marketing Manager to join their team. They are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist (skilled in Dynamics 365) to join their dynamic marketing team. This role will be reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, and will involve developing and executing effective email marketing campaigns that enhance customer engagement and support business objectives.

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.
Utilise Dynamics 365 (D365) and CRM database to segment email lists and personalise content based on customer preferences and behaviors.
Work closely with design teams to maintain brand consistency and deliver high-quality visuals and messaging.
Analyse campaign performance metrics and optimise strategies for continuous improvement.

Proven experience in developing and implementing successful email marketing campaigns, preferably within a financial services or luxury brand environment.
Proficiency in using Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar CRM systems for campaign execution and data manipulation.
Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data and drive actionable insights.
Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
Understanding of regulatory requirements related to financial services marketing.
