You will have strong project management and communication skills, with an attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with various client and internal teams to successfully deliver bids on time, within budget and to the highest quality. This role will be hybrid working with the requirement to be based in either our Manchester or Birmingham (based on your location) office a minimum of 3 days a week.

coordination: collaborate with project teams, using virtual leaderboards to assign tasks, track progress, produce reports and ensure bid deadlines are met. re planning: devise a win strategy by researching and analysing market trends and competitors and work with client teams to articulate a value proposition and relevant win themes. t relationship management: develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences, helping retain business and generate leads for future opportunitiesRisk
management: identify and mitigate project risks, anticipating issues and implementing solutions to minimise impactQuali
ty control and assurance: implement quality control measures and programme gateways to ensure bid deliverables meet or exceed the required standards. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, schedules and status updatesCommu
nication: maintain clear and consistent communication with the client and internal/external project teams, providing regular updates and addressing issues promptly
• Team training and development: train staff in new and existing CloudNine bid management processes

Bachelors degree (or equivalent work based training) in Business, Project Management or a related field
Proven experience in bid and project management roles (preferably in public procurement and the built environment) across a range of projects, including large scale schemes
Strong project management skills, including the use of project management software (MS Teams, Word, Excel and Monday.Annual bonus and recognition scheme
