Reporting into the Chief Marketing Officer, whilst working closely with the eComm and Editorial

teams, we are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our

dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and executing our performance

marketing strategy across paid and owned brand channels. This role requires a blend of creativity

and analytical prowess to manage campaigns effectively, ensuring they meet both brand and

commercial objectives.

As a data driven strategist, you will play a crucial part in tracking campaign results, analysing their impact, and proposing optimizations to enhance efficiency and drive growth.

• Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand

visibility and drive online sales across the UK and US markets.

• Develop a clear customer acquisition and retention strategy, based on our maturing

consumer journeys and lifecycles.

• Create, Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google

Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and

commercial goals.

• Oversee owned digital channels, including email marketing, SEO, and content marketing, to

engage existing customers and attract new audiences.• Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B tests, and generate

insights for continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with product

launches, promotional activities, and brand storytelling initiatives.

• Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources

for maximum ROI.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing best practices to

recommend innovative strategies and technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, particularly in performance marketing and

campaign management.

• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics,

SEMrush, Sprinklr etc...), CRM software and experience in ROI analysis.

• Excellent understanding of digital advertising platforms and SEO best practices.

• Creative mindset with a track record of devising and executing successful digital marketing

campaigns.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a fast

paced startup environment.

• Previous experience in the sports, fitness, or wellness industry is highly desirable.

• Must be based in the UK with the ability to target both UK and US markets effectively.
