Liber8 are looking to appoint people to our new service, Rehabilitation to Reintegration (R2R) This is a new servicefor people’s journey post discharge from residential rehabilitation (RR), returning to South Lanarkshire.
The service would operate on two strands: practical and emotional support and personal development planning. Support workerswill work with the person to establish and access recovery opportunities and activities and also link them withwider services where necessary, including mutual aid, housing, benefits, and other wraparound networks.
The post is aimed at mentoring and supporting people at this critical transitioning stage of their lives. Thepostholder will help the person to build recovery capital, increase confidence while encouraging them to achievetheir full potential: together setting realistic goals to assist in their own individual recovery journey.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have some or all of the following: an SVQ Level 3 qualification in SocialServices and Health Care (or an equivalent qualification) and experience of holding a responsible position inthis field of work or similar.
Training in the Mentoring approach will be provided through the Scottish Mentoring Network

Liber8 are looking for a capable individual to join and contribute to the ServicesAdministration Team by providing a broad range of administrative support functions to Liber8 services to helpensure that our processes run effectively and efficiently, and in the best interests of our clients.
Liber8 provides a range of services incorporating, counselling, support and mentoring services and we are looking foran empathetic, genuine and efficient individual to join our administration team. The post is focussed in providing administrative support to project and service staff, volunteers and students, usingall available technology and resources. They will undertake a range of administrative duties tofacilitate service delivery and be responsible for data collection and maintenance of record keepingsystems.
The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel,and have experience of database and electronic filing systems. Excellent communication skills and an ability towork as part of a team in a busy confidential service is essential.
Relationships are at the heart of everything that we do, and the Administrative Assistants will have daily contactwith others within the team, as well as with key partners within our field of work. This role will require goodorganisational and communication skills, and the ability to adopt a flexible approach in response to newchallenges.
