Accounts Administrator required for my well established client based on the outskirts of Loughborough Job Types: Full or part time considered Hours : Monday – Friday Salary: Negotiable, dependant on experience Experience : 2-3 Years in accountancy Responsibilities

  • Manage obligations to suppliers, customers, and third-party vendors
  • Process bank deposits
  • Reconcile financial statements
  • Prepare, send, and store invoices
  • Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
  • Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as an account’s administrator or similar role
  • Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulation
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software bespoke excel accountancy system
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
  • Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
  • Good organisational and time management abilities
Skills and Knowledge
  • Must have IT skills of Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Good spoken and written communication skills
