Production Technician Cwmbran Permanent Full Time Salary £28-35k negotiable depending on experience Recruitment Solutions Workforce is recruiting a Production Technician for our client, a small yet dynamic LED lighting and control systems business based in Cwmbran.   • Work on the production process of LED lighting and control systems with a keen eye for detail.
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet or exceed industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the design team to provide valuable insights for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. Innovation and Product Development:
  • Actively participate in product design discussions, offering your expertise in LEDs and electrics.
  • Contribute ideas for new product features, enhancements, and manufacturing techniques.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain cutting-edge.
On-Site Projects:
  • Embrace exciting opportunities to work on-site, implementing and troubleshooting LED solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and provide customized solutions.
  • Showcase your technical skills by efficiently addressing challenges during on-site installations.
Technical Expertise:
  • Possess a good understanding of LED technologies, electrical systems, and various control systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring seamless functionality of our products.
  • Act as a resource for the team, providing guidance and training on technical aspects.
Independent Leadership:

Qualifications:
