The Electrical Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring maximum uptime, reliability, efficiency, and safety of all site equipment. You will be working directly alongside a Senior Engineer who is due to retire in the next 5 years and willundertake training on various parts of the role including Electrical Surveys, Calibrations and customer specific requirements.

In the role you will be working days 8-4 and will be responsible for performing surveys, calibrations, and preventative maintenance tasks to keep equipment running smoothly.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Formal training through an engineering apprenticeship
- Broad experience in maintenance in heavy engineering environments
- Familiarity with CMMS packages
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literacy

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and support production activities.
- Execute maintenance tasks in compliance with all health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
- Undertake effective fault-finding and rectification of plant and equipment failures.
- Maintain positive relationships with other departments within the company.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to improve efficiency and reliability.
