Vice President

I am pleased to be working with a leading fund-raising boutique with offices in London and the US. The firm advises real estate, infrastructure, private equity and credit funds in the capital raising process.

This firm has a brilliant reputation and is differentiated by the breadth of its activities across asset classes, a strategic and knowledge-based approach to capital raising and an ability to offer clients bespoke fundraising solutions, ranging from traditional fund raisings to managed accounts, joint ventures and direct investment placements.

  • My client is now seeking a Vice President to join the Capital Raising/distribution team focused on real estate and credit in London. The opportunity includes working on fund distribution and capital raising around specific assets, JVs, platforms.
  • The role is primarily focused on distribution but with the ability to get involved in all aspects of the business, including project management, due diligence and origination.
  • The ideal candidate should have established capital raising experience in an investor/client facing role within a fund manager or placement agent.
  • We are seeking individuals with excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates must have the necessary FCA qualifications (CF 30) ahead of starting the role.

The role will include:

  • Market real estate and credit fund offerings to European/ME and Israeli investors
  • Arrange and attend roadshows with fund managers (must be able to travel extensively)
  • Build strong relationships with the institutional investment community
  • Develop specialist knowledge of asset classes and strategies
  • Build relationships with fund managers
  • Pro-actively source new business opportunities
  • Work independently whilst being a strong team player
  • German speaking (fluency) will be advantageous
