Carbon60 are proud to be partnering with Lufthansa Technik Landing Gear Services to recruit for a Customer Service Specialist within the Wide Body department. Lufthansa Technik are a global leading provider of maintenance, repair, and overhaul services for the civil aviation industry.


This Customer Service Specialist position is on a permanent basis and has become available due to continued growth and expansion. The successful candidate supports operational fulfilment of the business and provides outstanding customer service to our external customers and represents the voice of the customers internally. The candidate will be the first point of contact for operational topics towards the customer and supports regular customer reviews and visits.
Managing the Customer Support email inbox. Business Project Administration & Logistics Coordination - Open and close sales orders of Business Projects. Managing day to day administration of customer orders and Business Projects both internally and externally. Commercials & Profitability - Own and manage quotation logs. Review invoices for each Business Project, ensuring maximum revenue and profitability. Place action plans for contract adherence.
Good IT skills with the use of standard Microsoft packages. Data systems (SAP / AMOS etc.).
Previous experience in Customer Service.
