In this exciting role you will deliver activity to support progress against the Columbia Threadneedle Investments global diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) strategy and priorities. You will support requests for DEI information from clients and DEI reporting to meet statutory and regulatory obligations. You will also analyse DEI data to gain insights and track progress against business unit DEI goals, whilst supporting development of messaging to share progress with employees and key stakeholders. Contribute to the ongoing development of the Columbia Threadneedle Investments DEI strategy and priorities, using DEI expertise, best practice research and insights from the analysis of data. Support business unit goal setting and progress reviews, owning the production of insight presentations and tracking of progress against goals - enabling progress against our DEI vision so every employee feels like they belong and can reach their full potential.
