The successful Benefits Specialist will report to the Senior Benefits Consultant and be responsible for maintaining a range of benefit programmes. Support the design and implementation of programs eg accident and health insurance coverage, retirement and pension plans etc
Participate in local and global surveys on current benefit trends, pricing and policies
Collaborate on communicating the benefits program and policies across the company
Participate in modelling cost analyses of various program or policy updates
Sumit data and analyse results from benefits related market surveys
Provide support to the Total Rewards Team on global projects

Previous experience within a generalist HR role and possessing a keen interest in employee benefits
Excellent data analysis skills
