As a Candidate Attraction Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment marketing strategies that align with business objectives and employer value proposition. This will include creating and managing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, job boards, events, and referrals, to attract and engage talent from diverse backgrounds and skill sets.
The Candidate Attraction Specialist will work closely with the Recruitment Marketing Centre of Excellence to leverage best practices, tools, and metrics to measure the impact and ROI of your activities. You will also collaborate with your internal team, such as recruiters, hiring managers, and business partners, to understand their needs and provide them with insights and solutions to improve their candidate attraction and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment marketing campaigns that showcase the company's brand, values, and opportunities to potential candidates.
- Create and distribute engaging and relevant content, such as blogs, videos, podcasts, webinars, social media posts, newsletters, and landing pages, that highlight the company's culture, benefits, and employee stories.
- Research and identify the best sources and methods to reach and attract the target talent segments, such as job boards, career fairs, referrals, networking events, and online communities.
- Use data and analytics to measure and optimize the performance and impact of recruitment marketing activities and channels.
- Partner with the DEI lead to ensure that the company's brand and recruitment marketing strategies are inclusive, diverse, and representative of the company's values and goals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders to align recruitment marketing objectives and initiatives with the company's hiring needs and priorities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment marketing strategies and campaigns that deliver results using various channels and platform such as social media, job boards, events, and referrals.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create and deliver engaging and relevant content for different audiences and purposes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to measure and improve the recruitment marketing performance and impact.
- Passionate about vision & values and committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive culture.
